Requirements

1–2 years of NBFC audit experience (mandatory)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits across branches and departments
Review loan files, documentation, and compliance procedures
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and NBFC regulatory standards
Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions
Prepare audit reports with clear observations and actionable insights
Coordinate with branch teams for timely resolution of audit findings
